Our restaurant is open to both hotel guests and external customers.
The menu changes daily based on seasonal ingredients, offering authentic and ever-changing dishes. We offer traditional classics, such as polenta with ragù or game, and mushroom soup in a bread crust, alongside a selection of dishes ranging from home-style to more sophisticated and unique.
We pay particular attention to our guests’ dietary needs: those following a vegetarian or vegan diet are always advised to inform our restaurant staff so they can make the most appropriate recommendations.
